The sushi is always fresh. The bar seats are the best providing a visual menu of the varied dishes. The chefs are friendly, informative and there's always a sporting event on TV.

Excellent fresh fish. Artistic presentations. Needs some minor maintenance repairs, like changing burned out light bulbs and other odds and ends that would just take a few hours while closed. The compressor on the freezer behind the sushi station is very noisy and needs some fixing or moved into a side room. Still, Sushi Ko is has visually appealing and appetizing fish dishes.
